Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) is soliciting responses to qualify one Contractor or Firm to complete a Regional Transportation Safety Communications & Outreach Plan to implement communications and public engagement strategies identified in the regional Transportation Safety Action Plans (TSAPs). The Contractor or Firm will work with a team at COIC to analyze crash data, conduct community-based surveys, and create a targeted marketing and public outreach plan that aims to reduce serious injury and fatal crashes in Central Oregon.

Responses must be submitted by email to COIC by May 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
