With 5 years at Magnitude of Change, a firm focused on behavior change that creates positive outcomes in our communities. I currently serve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, I drive the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring sustained growth and success for our company, working with senior leadership on organizational excellence for Magnitude of Change. This includes Sales, Account Management, Branding, Creative Development, Product Development, PR, and more. I have led the company into work at the local, county, state, and federal level, running multi-million dollar projects across 36 states and country-wide.
